This program is delivered in a series of video lectures. Exercises are embedded throughout the content, allowing you to build on your existing expertise through applied learning: you'll apply your own experiences to the concepts you'll learn in each module.

Candidates must also complete the Qualifier module Team Dynamics - Leading Through Collaboration. Self-directed and online, access to enroll in the Qualifier will be provided after the Supply Chain Strategies program is completed.

Module 1: Supply Chain Business Strategies

The first module focuses on supply chain and logistics as an eco-system, and what contributes to companies’ competitive advantage. You will explore Supply Chain Logistics as the business enabler and revenue driver, starting with the two key factors: cost and differentiation.

This program will help you build a strategic thinking mindset by focusing your attention on market differentiation, the demand for operational
efficiencies and global competitiveness.

Program Format & Delivery

This course is delivered in an online video format.

Applying your own experiences to the learning, you will build a Global SCL Strategies portfolio through guided exercises.

You will be required to complete and submit workbooks for each module to demonstrate your understanding of the content.

Each module must be completed within 1 month. You can expect to spend an average of four hours per week over four weeks.

You must have applied for Advanced Standing, and your application must be approved by the Director Programs or Director Certification.
