Team Dynamics

Leading through Collaboration

A four-week interactive learning module about team experiences.

It uses a simulation to showcase the experiences of a team newly created for a time-sensitive, critical mission. Participants make decisions that have consequences within the virtual world of the simulation; leading to a successful or failed outcome of the simulated group's dynamics.

In the next stage, your organization has the option to choose one of two learning methods:

(1) Self-directed individual learning: using the effective journaling method. Participants gain a keen awareness of their own behaviours, and how to effectively collaborate with others, resolving conflict with empathy. (2) Facilitated group learning: using peer-to-peer interaction guided by a facilitator. The team learns to be a team by being a team responsible for team objectives.
