Leading & Managing Change

This capstone brings together the capabilities developed across the program and tests how you apply them when context, pressure, and stakeholder expectations shift simultaneously.

In a live simulation, you take on an executive role within an organisation implementing a major sustainability initiative. Across two scenarios, you will navigate variations in positional authority and urgency, requiring you to adapt your approach to influence stakeholders, manage resistance, and drive implementation progress under changing conditions.

Following the simulation, you transition into structured reflection on your leadership approach — examining how you use power, where your change leadership capabilities are strong, and where critical gaps exist in your ability to lead complex organisational transformation.
