An in person program bringing industry professionals together to discuss the volatile and uncertain economic landscape today.
The aim is to build on your experience, equip you with an enhanced awareness of business issues, and boost your ability to adapt and integrate different approaches to supply chain leadership.
Leadership & Business Intelligence is one of two sessions in the Strategic Leadership Program.
While they can be taken independent of each other, completing both sessions (in any order)
leads to P.Log certification.

Case Report
Your final report will use your business case analysis to create a scenario plan for the future, projecting options to deal with multiple future issues [Scenario Planning].
Your framework will include mapping the challenge and scope, identifying stakeholders and drivers, conducting a risk analysis and an impact analysis.
Registration includes all program materials. Complimentary refreshments are provided including a light breakfast, refreshments, and lunch. Free parking is available at the venue.
