Global Supply Chain Logistics & Strategic Leadership

A P.Log certification program designed for senior professionals responsible for decision-making in complex operational environments.

This program gives you the space to step out of day-to-day execution and examine the forces shaping your business. Geopolitical volatility, inflation, shifting trade dynamics, and ongoing disruption aren’t abstract concepts. They’re actively redefining how decisions get made and where value is created.

This program is designed to challenge and refine how you think about those realities: globalization, value creation, and stakeholder alignment under pressure. Not in theory, but in the context of the decisions you’re already responsible for.

You’ll engage with peers operating under similar constraints, while focusing on what matters most — strengthening your judgment, sharpening your perspective, and increasing your effectiveness in uncertain environments.

THREE DAYS OF CONTENT

DAY 1: STRUCTURE

Understanding the System You’re Operating In

Why do organizations within the same industry produce vastly different outcomes? The answer lies in structure — not just internal design, but the external forces shaping it.

This session examines how global trade, industry architecture, and competitive positioning define the constraints and opportunities your organization faces. It equips leaders to diagnose whether their current operating model is aligned with the realities of the market — and where it is not.

Focus Areas:

  • Industry structure and operating models
  • Globalization and international trade dynamics
  • Strategic differentiation in mature and competitive markets

DAY 2: STRATEGY

From Functional Excellence to Enterprise Impact

Execution without strategic alignment creates noise, not results. Senior leaders must understand where and how value is truly created — and how to position the organization to capture it.

This session reframes strategy as a set of deliberate choices under constraint. It explores how competitive advantage is built and sustained, and how disruption can be leveraged — not reacted to — by those who understand underlying system dynamics.

Focus Areas:

  • Value creation and capture mechanisms
  • Competitive advantage and positioning
  • The interplay between disruption, strategy, and operating systems

DAY 3: LEADERSHIP

Influence at the Point of Decision

At senior levels, leadership is less about authority and more about influence — particularly in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.

This session focuses on how leaders shape decisions across functions, align stakeholders with competing priorities, and build credibility in moments that carry disproportionate impact. The emphasis is on practical leadership under pressure — where careers and outcomes are defined.

Focus Areas:

  • Stakeholder alignment and cross-functional leadership
  • Navigating critical, high-impact decisions
  • Building trust and influence in complex organizations
  • CERTIFICATION OUTCOME

    Upon successful completion of:

    • Online pre-work
