Developing as 21st Century Leaders

At the Logistics Institute, we develop the whole person - not just the technical skills required to work in supply chain and logistics. Our mission is to develop professionals who lead with competence, character, and confidence: leaders who transform organizations, create lasting customer value, and accept responsibility for the decisions they make.

Meeting the challenges of the 21st Century requires more than technical expertise. Leadership is developed through a series of building blocks - from leading ourselves, to leading others, to leading organizations in increasingly complex environments.

Throughout my years as Founding President of the Logistics Institute, I have had the privilege of exploring leadership with professionals, practitioners, academics, experienced executives, and those entering the workforce for the first time.

This series shares the insights gained from those conversations and experiences.

I invite you to join me in exploring what it means to develop as a 21st Century leader.

Victor Deyglio, Founding President, The Logistics Institute
