Values-driven Leadership

Supply chain performance depends on technical expertise. It also depends on the people making decisions — their judgment under pressure, their clarity on what they prioritise, and their ability to lead in situations that are ambiguous, contested, or incomplete. This module focuses on that dimension of leadership.

The module begins with a structured examination of your personal values: what consistently drives your decisions, where those drivers originate, and where internal tensions emerge between competing priorities. It then moves into leadership identity — how you define your role as a leader, and how that definition shows up in your actions under pressure. The module concludes with ethical decision-making, using contested scenarios to test how your principles hold when stakeholder interests conflict.

This module is intentionally more reflective than the others in the program. Its purpose is to strengthen the consistency between what you value, how you lead, and the decisions you make in complex operational environments.
