Supply chain performance depends on technical expertise. It also depends on the people making the decisions — their judgment under pressure, their clarity on what they stand for, and their ability to lead when the situation is ambiguous or contested. This module works at that level.
The module opens with a structured examination of your personal values — what drives your behaviour now, what you aspire to, and where those two things come into tension. From there it turns to leadership: whether you claim it, and what your own story of becoming a leader actually is. It closes with ethics — asking you to test your own code against a real, contested situation.
This module will ask more of you personally than the others in this program. It will also give you something the others can't: a clearer picture of who you are as a leader, and a framework for making decisions you can stand behind.

A personal code of ethics and a tested strategy for navigating decisions that involve competing stakeholder interests
